Follow directions on macaroni box
Set aside cooked macaroni in a bowl and reserve 1/2 cup macaroni water (large pan will be used later)
In a small pan on low heat combine Blondie's Plant-Based Cheese and plant-based milk
Stir consistently until smooth and pourable
Using the large pan used to cook macaroni, add cooked pasta back into the pan and pour Blondie's Plant-Based Cheese Sauce over macaroni
Heat thru and serve hot - Enjoy Plant-Strong Mac-n-Cheese!
If desired, for an added level of flavor and to prevent pasta from sticking, add 1 tablespoon of vegan butter or your favorite heart-healthy oil to cooked macaroni. Also try adding cooked asparagus or peas. Enjoy!
