Blondie's Vegan Brand Egg Mix was created by and is regularly used by the creators of Blondie's Vegan Food Truck and Kitchen Honolulu Hawaii.  You can taste the fresh-tasting difference in Blondie's Vegan Egg mix compared to other vegan eggs.  What started out as a regularly served menu item on our food truck, by popular demand, is now available for you to make at home or use in your own restaurant, food truck, or other food service businesses. Available in retail bags (makes 1 dozen)  Store in a dry cool place. Shelf-life = 12 months unopened. If using a partial bag, zip close and store in a dry cool place. Best kept in an airtight container after opening. Use uncooked open bag within 30 days.Use wet mix and or cooked eggs with in 3 days.

TO COOK:  Best mixed in blender. Add water FIRST then blend. Fluffy Egg: 3 part water to 1 part mix OR Dense Egg 2 parts water to 1 part mix
