How-To Prepare Blondies Vegan Garlic Chive Cream Cheese
It's easy to prepare yummy vegan garlic chive cream cheese that's nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and cholesterol-free

- high-speed blender
- large pan
- Whisk
- rubber spatula
- cheese mould of your choice/heat safe sealable container
Materials
- 1 bag Blondie's Vegan Garlic Chive Bag
- 1 can 13.5oz full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- add entire bag + 1 can 13.5oz full-fat coconut milk + 1/2 cup water to blender
- blend to eliminate lumps
- pour into a small pot
- heat on med-low and bring contents to a boil
- rapid boil for 1 minute
- pour into your choice of Tupperware or wide mouth mason jar
- let cool for 1 hour or until firm ...it's really yummy to pour when it's hot on toast 😉
- Use as a cream cheese spread on toast and crackers, pasta sauce, macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, ravioli, quiche, and pastries.
