add entire bag + 1 1/2 cups water and 3T of heart-healthy oil to blender
blend to eliminate lumps
let rest 5 minutes
transfer into air-tight container or cook
to cook; heat pan with cooking oil on low
cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or scramble; season as desired
