How To Prepare Blondie’s 100% Plant-Based Meats Made in Hawaii

Vegan Chicken, Vegan Sausage, or Vegan Beef

Note: bulk bags will make approximately 3 lbs – to do this, mix the entire bulk bag plus 3 cups of water or follow directions below for making 1lb at a time.

For best results and to create a chewier texture meal prep by cooking ahead and storing in the refrigerator then reheat when it’s time for mealtime.

  1. Empty the entire bag (236 grams of regular-sized premix bag) into a mixing bowl
  2. Add 1 cup of water
  3. If desired, add 3 tablespoons of heart-healthy oil to help form and cook
  4. Vigorously mix together with fork, hands, or whisk to blend well
  5. Rest 5 minutes
  6. The mixture should be formable something similar to playdough
  7. On medium heat, use a non-stick skillet or pan and coat with heart-healthy oil
  8. With damp hands, shape and pre-cook approximately 5-7 minutes – Shape into patties, cutlets, strips, or desired shape – season as desired.
  9. Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Can be frozen.
