  • High-Speed Mixer, Vitamix, NutriBullet or Whisk
  • Mixing Bowl



  • add entire bag + 1 1/2 cups water and 3T of heart-healthy oil to blender
  • blend to eliminate lumps
  • let rest 5 minutes
  • transfer into air-tight container or cook
  • to cook; heat pan with cooking oil on low
  • cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or scramble; season as desired


Vegan Egg Cooking Tips

Preparing Entire Bag:
  1. add entire bag + 1 1/2 cups of water + 3tabelspoons of heart-healthy oil to blender
  2. blend to eliminate lumps
  3. let rest 5 minutes
  4. transfer to an air-tight container
Preparing Single Egg:
  1. add 3teaspoons of premix + 2 tablespoons of water + 3/4 teaspoon heart-healthy oil to bowl
  2. whisk to eliminate lumps
How-To Cook Egg:
  1. heat non-stick skillet with heart-healthy cooking on low
  2. cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or scramble
Cook patties ahead or scramble ahead and refrigerated for later. Reheat as desire. Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, burritos, omelets, quiches, soups, stir-fry, and baking too! The bulk bag makes 3 dozen eggs.
